Notice is hereby given that the Higgins Township Planning Commission, pursuant to Public Act 33 of 2008 – the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, will be holding a public hearing to receive public comments regarding a major update to its current Master Plan.
The public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., in the Higgins Township Hall, 700 Fifth Street, Roscommon, Michigan, 49653, phone (989) 275-8112.
The complete draft master plan may be examined at the Higgins Township offices, during regular business hours. Copies may also be purchased at Township Hall. Comments may be made in writing, addressed to James Smith - Chairperson, Planning Commission; via e-mail at clerk@higgingstownship.com, or they may be made in person at the hearing.
